One big headache with co-working spaces
Co-working spaces are excellent. But they come with a catch, especially if you’re trying to boost your business’s local SEO on Google. Google doesn’t always like it when multiple businesses share the same address. If your business is in a co-working space or uses a virtual office, you might run into trouble with your Google Business Profile (GBP).
What happens?
- Google could suspend your listing.
- Or they might filter it out entirely.
- Why?
Because Google wants each business to have its own permanent, staffed office, with clear signage.
The good news? There are ways to work around it by following the Google guidelines.
If you’re stuck or want some help sorting out your GBP at a co-working address, just Contact me at hello@stroudvalleyseo.co.uk. I’m happy to chat about what works and what doesn’t.
