In 2007, Wayne Bradley approached me to design his first website and improve his local SEO for Wayne Bradley Property Services, a Stroud-based window and door installation company. With 20 years of experience in the windows sector, Wayne relied on word-of-mouth referrals to grow his business. He understood the need for an online presence to reach a wider audience and expand his customer base. As part of our consultation, the company’s name was changed to Stroud Valley Windows Ltd to align with its focus on the Stroud area.


Limited Online Presence: Wayne Bradley Property Services did not have a website and had minimal online visibility.

Local Competition: Several established competitors in the Stroud area made it challenging for Wayne to stand out and attract local customers.

Rebranding: In consultation with me, Wayne changed his company name to Stroud Valley Windows to better reflect his focus on the Stroud area. This required rebranding efforts to update the company name across all online platforms and ensure consistent branding.


Website Design and Development: I designed and developed a user-friendly website for Stroud Valley Windows using WordPress. I incorporated relevant keywords and optimised the website for local SEO.

Local SEO: I conducted comprehensive keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-performing keywords for Stroud Valley Windows. I optimised the website’s headings, and content with relevant keywords and created a Google Business Profile with accurate NAP information. I also ensured consistent citations across online directories to boost local search visibility.

Rebranding Efforts: I assisted Wayne in updating the company’s name and other branding elements across all online platforms, including the website, Google Business Profile, social media profiles, and online directories.


Increased Online Visibility: The website and local SEO efforts significantly improved Stroud Valley Windows’ online visibility, resulting in search rankings for targeted keywords and increased leads.

Improved Customer Engagement: The website’s user-friendly design, informative content, and easy contact options increased customer engagement, with more inquiries and quote requests from potential customers.

Update 2023:

The website was updated using GeneratePress to be mobile-friendly and faster, and HTTPS implementation was added for enhanced security. These improvements have resulted in another significant increase in company leads.
